We loved the well-equipped room with a clean and comfy bed, and the convenience of having an ironing board, iron, microwave, coffee maker. The huge TV was a bonus! The high-quality toiletries provided by Matrix were a nice touch for our young family.

Location and value for the money

Extensive water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom - no pot for the coffee and no remote for the TV. Although a remote was provided I really did not feel comfortable with the ceiling in the bathroom. I never stayed on the first floor so this was the first time and will never book first floor room again.

I liked nothing.

This establishment employs the very worst that Connecticut has to offer. Days Inn should pull their name and association off of this structure. As a result of the ignorance experienced here, Days Inn with never be an option for us in the future.

Great staff, they were efficient and respectful. For sure coming back here next time! The location couldn't be better, right by the highway 🚗.

Very rude staff!

I recently stayed at a hotel in New Haven and wanted to share my experience with you. As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the facilities and amenities provided by this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a productive stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the convenient location, as it was just a short 9-minute drive away from our family's house. our experience as longer term business travelers at this hotel was positive and hassle-free.

In terms of drawbacks, I have to say that I felt at ease during my stay and had no complaints. The overall experience was satisfactory, meeting our expectations and providing a comfortable environment.
